Items fulfilled by Wednesday Arts are either hand made or custom printed and cannot be refunded.
Exact item exchanges are available only on the following items: Bookmarks, Notecards and Notepads. While replacements for original art are negotiable, please keep in mind that original art cannot be exactly duplicated.
All orders are held for 12 (twelve) hours to allow time for cancellations. You can cancel an order by notifying the shop by using the Contact Us page. Wednesday Arts cannot cancel an order once shipped.
Only shipping with the United States is available at this time. Items are shipped via USPS. Tracking is available on all orders. Shipping cost for a returned item is the responsibility of the buyer.
Once your package leaves the art studio, it is the responsibility of the Carrier. Damage caused by the Carrier or by careless opening is not the responsibility of Wednesday Arts. If a package is damaged by the Carrier, a claim can be opened. If your package is of high value, you may be able to add additional insurance to it. Contact Us if you would like to insure your order or if your package arrived damaged.
